At Forged4Life, we provide on-site fitness classes for seniors at retirement communities, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, 55+ communities and senior centers. Our classes are seated and include exclusively bodyweight exercises. We offer four types of senior fitness classes:
Chair Yoga - Our chair yoga class helps participants relax, reduce stress, and improve their overall flexibility, strength, range of motion and balance.
Seated Exercise - These exercises are intended to build and maintain strength to facilitate day-to-day motions, allow for greater control of the body and to prevent falls.
Seated Dance - Our easy-to-follow dance classes will improve range of motion, balance, and coordination all while allowing you to work up a sweat!
Seated Martial Arts - Our seated martial arts classes offer relaxation and meditation through a series of gentle and slow-paced graceful movements.
